Hi Sutabi! i like to see more and more Blender users here.
Even if it's a very early stage, it looks very good! Shape and topology looks perfect to me.

the concept is not very good at all, although the proportions seem to be fine. You've made a good model so far out of it. Let's see it done!

nother small update ^_-, just got the hands and head left, then on to demolishing this model and adding the armor and stuff.

Base Model is more or less complete I need to redo the elbow vertices since they dont deform correctly. Now onto the actral model of the soldier ^_-.

Great use of polygons. Very good and clean topology.
Can you provide us with the poly/tris. count, please? :)

As posted above the tris count of the Base body was 2220 tris. The concept verse animation seems a bit low so I am just modeling whats possible sholder pads will be added, but just at top since it would be damn near imossible to shhot a gun with two hands...
Here is a small update: [come reason hands look a lil small so I might tweak them a bit]

just a bit confused as to why you are modeling the body underneath and making a copy of gordon from hl :S ?

sorry for that :) but I cannot find the polycount :)I really like the topology. I will start workin on low poly character to 5k tris. Hope to get some good feedback and to start soon :)

hehe. I dont understand why everyone think its Gordon freeman, When I drew the sketch I didnt think of Gordon at all....But I love half-life and might have been effected by it when I drew it.
What makes them look alike? He has a bierd, yea. he is wearing an amor, true. :)

I cant model at all, but I sugested to Sutabi that he could make a model undereath since he is going to make a couple of human models. That way he wouldnt need to make a completely new model everytime he was going to make another character, he could just change the amor and stuff.
Anyway, its a really good model there, really glad you are helping us out with the game, it would probably had been abandoned of it wherent for you. Cheers!
