Does anybody know of or make a script for lightwave that is like mesh tools for max? that would be really good if they did. I like mirai's modeling and lw's everything(just about)

I don't think there is any, I read somewhere on this forum that lightwave has a different model and edge structure and rendering thingy or sumthing and that its not possible or sumthing...

Yup, Lightwave doesn't really support edges, so the tools are impossible to do as in Mirai (though they might just be possible to do a in LScript, but I'm no coder so I can't be sure). Maybe they'll add support in some future LW version.
You can, however improvise a bit and do some edge loops with the Bandsaw tool for example.
Try searching the plugins at http://www.flay.com and you might find a few that could be useful to you modeling wise.

Just do what I do.....Use Wings3D them import objects into lightwave and smooth there. It is the closest thing to having mirai for LW and it is FREE!!!!!
