I just came upon something. If I create box in Lightwave and naming the side's because thats all I want to have textured. Then I import this into Vue, double click the texture and apply the brick color and bump maps. Then I export back to Lightwave and end up with these huge brick's. Now, if I make the box in Vue and texture it, it exports fine to Lightwave. My problem is I would like to make the models in Lightwave, texture them in Vue using the named surfaces I made in Lightwave, then be able to export back to Lightwave for any geometry changes. This does not seem to work and renders Vue useless to me in my production flow. Can this be achived?

Firstly make sure that you've UV'd all of your surfaces before importing into Vue, secondly try .OBJ's instead, again with UV mapping applied. Despite the claims of brilliant integration with many of the top 3d apps Vue is less than useless at importing textured objects.
