One Windows version of Free Blender 2.25 has been complied and is available. Check it out here-
Still some bugs in this compilations Game engine. But I don't develope games with Blender right now so I can wait for the fix.
But it seems to run ok. Great compling work for starters.

Ok Python is not working on this compilation, but IKAs, modeling, materials ,uv and animation are ok. I love
the output to Divx codec saving feature cool! Just do your old python task in Blender 2.23 and open in the
new 2.25 compilation. I have yet to try the powerful new non-linear animation tools in 2.25.
When it's free you can't complain much. And this is just one Blender interpretation.
