View Full Version : Multiple Bump Channels

It's me again. I was messing around with some environments and I wanted to create stone. I managed to get some pretty good looking mountains and such, but I can't create a stony looking surface (at least not one that is realistic looking). I have a bump channel with basic noise and I have a displacement channel with different noise. This gives a neato looking effect, but nothing like real stone. I am also having problems making it look like gravel. I have this solid looking stone with no pebbles or such lying around.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Can I do the pebbles with BodyPaint or do I have to create individual objects to make pebbles?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
