actually it was an drawing from photoshop. not an photo image or picture. i select it with magic wand, enlarge the selection and fill color on it. but there is still alias.

how can i get rid of it?

Use the path tools instead of just enlarging your selection. First select your stuff with the magic wand, transform the selection into a path, select the path, enlarge it and refill it last. Ther will be probably smaller misteakes which you will have to rework, but you get rid of the aliasing problem.

Ps is bitmap based so you will always keep the alliasing. Use vector path's to get the bit of sharped egde feel of vectors, it's the shape layer button.
