Was wondering if anyone would be able to offer up some crits on this. It's a little 10 second bit I did for 10secondclub and the source audio is from Austin Powers.
Thanks a lot!

I think you've got a pretty good start, but there are some overall things that you could work on.

The bug character's movement seem very pose to pose. He moves all at once, coming to a stop and then holding for a moment before moving on. The expressions and poses are good, but overlapping your motion, in the arms and the head, would really add to it. That character also moves very slowly for a bug. Really use the characters form as a staging point for his movement. Taking shorter, smaller, faster steps, darting his head from side to side. He is smaller so his phisics of movement change.

The bear has a great line to deliver, but he doesn't seem to feel the emotion of the line as much as he could. He should really be staring at this "person" who just insulted him. Adding a point or a gesture that would show a sign of arrogance would also be great.

One last thing is that anticipation of Dr. Evil cutting him off. Really slow the character into a pose and then when Dr. Evil cuts him off push the speed of that reaction. Upping the volume at that point in the audio might help too.

Anyway, just my 2 cents, hope that helps.

Great dialogue to work from by the way.

Good Luck

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Good points. I'll be using those characters for more animation so I'll try and get more quickness in the bug. I agree also about the bear's reaction. I thnk his mouth should be open much wider when he exclaims "Dr. Evil", almost a screaming mouth position.
