Ok here it goes I Have never done a face setup and rig. I have no clue how... And I havent been able to find a tutorial on this subject. the only tust i have found ar thsoe on lip sync but thats post set up i want somrthing ON setting it up... as for bone setup and rigging..I can only find advanceed skill and they asume I know everything about max which I don't. and ontop of that the ones that i can make a little since out of are like cartoony ( singles tose 3 fingers etc. ones. I want one of a basic Human body 4 fingers and a thumb and 5 toes..... If any one can tell me just how to do this That would be great... or point me to Tutorials, which would be just as great... any help is welcome...

I think blendshapes (morphs) with a bone in the jaw are a good way to go.

But for inspiration here's some over-the-top muscle bones and morphs:
