In a recent post, Blizzard released another two job openings for those who have experience in realism and with art programs.

New Job Opening - Senior 3D Character Artist

We are currently looking to hire an experienced and versatile Senior 3D Character Artist capable of modeling and texturing characters and creatures for World of Warcraft. New Job Opening - 3D Character Artist

Blizzard is looking for a 3D Character Artist with the ability to take on the challenging task of modeling and texturing a wide variety of characters and creatures to be used in World of Warcraft. Ideal candidates will have experience with using 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, and similar programs. An ideal candidate would also have an aptitude for understanding anatomy, realism, lighting, and detail when rendering and working with in-game art assets. I think it's pretty sad that they cut a bunch of people as soon as WoW shipped, and have been trying to hire people ever since. Vivendi is probably to blame.
