the e-on site says that they will get back in 2 days with an answer...
so i'm trying to call instead...
the tech support phone number has been busy for 1/2 hour...

I bought Vue 5 Infinite sidegrade from Esprit but they sent me sidegrade from Pro Studio. I can't install it without a Pro Studio serial. :scream: pissed!

arent they asleep in that part of the world right now :twisted: (mad mad mad)

Well, I guess it's 10am in that part of the answer yet :(
I did eventualy write them an email last night after I realized that the phone number to tech support is always busy.

well I guess when they say 2 days they mean 2 days...deadlines being missed and no answer. F*&K!

When you send e-on a question then give you a link to check for an answer. The link has now gone dead and is replaced with:

Query: select *
from message
where message_id = '1113866547'
Can't open file: 'message.MYI'. (errno: 145)

So now I guess my question has dissapeared...another F*&K!

i feel for you, sounds like everything that can go bad has gone bad for you, but just contact them again, e.on is usualy realy good @ taking care of itīs customers and i īve never had anything but good to say, but i can realy understand your current frustration.
