My concept: An evil man is using sorcery to command his slave, a zombie, to do his bidding.
The sketch: The evil man holds a wand or staff in his right hand. The left hand points a commanding finger towards the zombie. The zombie is holding his arms uplifted, he is in a trance and has no will of his own. He is on his way to run an evil errand for his master..

I have developed the story - which actually helped me to improve my picture!
It goes like this:
A witch has lured a man into her dwelling which is in a cave.
There she has imprisoned the man and put him into chains.
By use of potions and magic spells she has transformed him into a slave with no will of his own.
Now she has released the man to perform an evil errand.

There are clues to the story everywhere in the picture.
Behind the witch, in the cave, a cauldron is boiling with a potion.
In the roof of the cave there are cobwebs to show that this is a really spooky place.
The witch holds a magic wand in her hand.
The man still has the remains of the chains that fettered him.

Samuraikoi: Thank you. I have tried to put a little more thinking into how I use color. The perspective is a challenge in itself.

Arc 80: Thank you. I will keep posting.

Very very cool perspective and composition! but your coloring is abit messy I think, but I'm sure it will be improved in the final version. I would reccomend that you'd lower the saturation of the master's red hair, aswell as on the servants blue shirt.

I also did like you'r characters better as you orignally did draw them in you'r b/w sketch.

Keep it up!

am7: Thank you for your comments, they are appreciated. I am still working on the colors, I have toned down the blue on the servants blue shirt. I think I will keep the masters red hair as it is - to counter balance the blue colors in the picture. The characters look more dynamic in the original sketch, but I think I will keep them as they are now.
