Latest Update: Line Art: hmmm lineart? (

Hmmm, ill call this one lineart... although it isn't!... it's because i don't do lineart as a step toward the final pic, it just happens (if it happens) when i do the details... :D
well, i've added some details, and i'm thinking about... changing the background or... something...

... okay, this is my first time posting in this forum... I saw the Master and slave challenge and a idea popped up in my head, it was the master and slave relationship between cattle and humans, although i will depict it in a more demonized way... that's practically what my idea is all about... i'll see to it that it's done in a classy way... (hopefully =P)
And in case someone already has posted that idea i have another one up my sleeve, the relationship between god and his worshippers, mainly Jesus... And if that too is already taken... then dang, and i gotta come up with a new one...!

wish me luck! ;D

Eh?, i only clicked the button once and it seemed to have double posted... ah well, if someone notices that they have the same idea but posted it earlier just write it here please!

Edit: whoops, just my N00bidity that caused me to think this way (the double post)

Well, i read the rules again and again, and if it's what i think it is, the idea i had in mind is too cruel or brutal... dang!
so i came up with another one!
It's, that we humans are always controlled by our genes, dna... the dna/genes are the masters and we are the slaves... ^_^
Just a quick sketch, so don't pay too much attention to how it looks!
Again if someone else posted something like this before me, please comment so!

Nice idea!!!Curious how you'll bring this!!Good luck!!!

I'll do my best! and continue painting stuff every day until the dreaded final day!

Hi :)

The first "comic" drawing was great it could develop to a real storyteller!
maybe add more twist to DNA HUMAN idea and it could work nicely.

good job so far.

This will be difficult to pull off and I applaud your daringness.

Well, iv'e refined the layout, the idea, and, and,, nothing else i think... =/
But now iv'e got a little more material to work with!
wish me hectars and gallons of luck! =P

Edit: i think i maybe should explain this idea a little more...
The different versions of "the human" have different looks, feelings, etc, etc. depending on how the genes/dna chose to do... therefore every ball with text in, is looking much like the "basic" human, with some differences... (those written)

ElFuego: thanks! i hadn't thought about that, thanks for the tip!:scream:

oatz: Yup yup! but, in my mind the more daring/difficult is the better, because the way to the goal gets harder, and thereby i might learn a significant amount of things on the way!

Okay, i actually came up with this last night when i was gonna sleep... i was thinking about my last concept, on how to make it better etc. and this popped into mind! It's very similar to the last one just some changes between masters.
The new master is: the brain... the brain controls our bodies, and they must follow... it's a symbiotic master>slave relationship, the brain orders, the body follows, but the brain cannot live without the body and likewise the body cannot live without the brain... (effectively)
Sooooo.... just take a look at the concept sketch and you might understand! =D

woah pretty hip stuff! Cant wait to see how it turns out. Keep going keep going ! The race has just begun!

03-31-2005, 10:23 AM
CoreyArtE: thanks! it will become better though... ;D Yes, this is only the beginning... Mwhahahaha! *plans to win although the chances are slim*

oh, and i'm gonna get my wacom i ordered today! weeeehooo! then i'm gonna paint some serious S***! :scream:

Okay, now i've got the following weeks planned... from now on i'm gonna keep on practicing regular sketching and painting, trying to improve my basics as far as it goes... and occasionally update this if i get some strange idea!
Good luck to all of you people!

okay, i felt i just had to submit something now that the last date is closing in... *shudders* and i have hardly started with the image itself... oh well... i'll just have to paint better than god to make something out of this... :D
(i know the ears on the face are... waaay off... and the brain isn't even a brain... yet... and the purple thing... that's just strange...) :P

Well, i was really just playing around waiting for the clock to turn 2:00... don't know why though... and i tweaked the face alittle, and made another brain/entrails study... again without ref... i guess i just want to develop a style of my own to draw brains instead of trying to copy real brains exactly... but... i think i might have to do some serious studies later on... in like... a day... or.. . so... :D
Ah, well... g'nite everyone and see ya tomorrow in another glorious day! :)
