Latest Update: Concept Sketch: Tentacle concept

I tried to develop the tentacle a bit further. Not sure about the final twists and turns, but the 'look and feel' is close to what I want.

Well, this is just the same concept as nr 1, but with a different head pasted that I quickly drew. And no, I'm not completely happy with the hair myself :-|

remember hair isn't solid,think of it like water,it flows doesn't stay in on place.
smooth it out,use curved lines,avoid blocky straight lines.
