Ive decided to go with the ratguy and set it in London in the 1800's. Here is a quick concept sketch of his head. (Excuse the crappy drawing)
I wanted to make him look crazy.

Started modeling the head. the scene is going to be set in London in the 1800, hence the top hat.

Im not happy with the head so Ive gone onto modeling the body and then I'll come back and attack the head.

Thanks Arlutik Im trying to keep it a clean as possible.

Took a break from modeling the guy and modeled one of the houses for the street.
(Ive changed the concept a bit so you can see part of a street as well, to make it a bit more interesting.
