How to keep same local axis rotation for joint and its control ?

When i was trying to rotate the local axis of control to match the joint axis & freeze it, it again goes back ...

One of the things you can do is group the control to itself. Then apply the joint aligning transforms to the group. This allows the control to inherit the alignment from its parent while maintaining zero'd attributes.

yeah, when you freeze a controller, it's going to align itself to whatever it's parented under. That's just what freezing does. So if you want to get the same orientation without any values in the channel box, then you need to put it in a group that will take up the transformations for it, so that it's tranformations can be zero.
