View Full Version : multiple save,delete,new,load uvw's after texture baking...

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could help me with a script that does the following (after I have texturebaked a LOT of obejcts from a selection list):

select an object from the list
save the new uvw coordinates that get automatically generated during the baking process to a .uvw file with the object's name to the scene's folder
delete the automatic uvw modifier
assign a new unwrap uvw modifier
load the aforementioned .uvw file into the unwrap uvw modifier
move on to the next object...
This would save heaps of time, as the scenes often contain hundreds of objects and the task is extremely tedius
