Hi i'm new in XSI, i'm searching an option to select only the points or edges on the 1 surface i see. In max this option was called "ignore backfacing" how is it called in xsi?

Isn't the hidden line removal viewing mode what's you're looking for?

You don't have that in XSI. Well, not in this form.

To ignore backfacing components when selecting, use the raycasting (U for polygons, I for edges) and paint selection tools (F11, F11+R to change the radius).
