K i'm supposed to model a scene where a dude hands some fries(in like a fries err.. packetholder?) niwaes as for the fries.. since they're basically almost he same shape and size.. with some minor difference.. what would be the best way to approach it? Using particles?? And how do i make them clump together the way i want them to? i'm bad with particles so kindly explain in details.. much appreciated..

ps: i'm using max5 but the tips dun have to be software specific.. just point me in the right direction.. thanks..

Use long thin boxes, with some very slight model variations it will look good, especially with a normal map for the texture.

beacause i was thinking it'd be better to use particles to generate multiple amts of the same long thin box.. instead of modeling variations...
