Hi everyone,
Is there a possibility to use maya texture mapping through custom shaders? I wanted to use maya texture mapping in conjunction with DarktTree's plugin for mental ray and that implies the use of mr texture mapping nodes. Is there a way, through a util node or something like that, to link maya texturing coordinates to mr custom nodes (textures or the tiwdte_color_uv node I use to get the Dt textures to mr)

It's working !!
Just do what's explained in the Simbion thread(too lazy to search for you) and you'll be able to use any 2dTexturePlacement node.
