View Full Version : Samuel Elbert portret

I am working on the repainting (digitaly) Samuel Elbert's portret. The reference I have found online pretty bad. I don't think if there other portrets of him are left. So, I had to go with what I had and also had to change his uniform. Please, let me know what you think. Any help is welcome.

I'm impressed. This looks great for what a poor reference pic you have of him. I would suggest rotating the ear a bit, as it looks a bit too straight up and down to me. also, you may want to try making his chin just a little stronger. I think it's a little too rounded in your portrait.

it was hard to see the reference, so I don't think he looks like himself anymore, but who would know...
Let me know if there are other mistakes.
