View Full Version : How do I make solid complex 3D structures?

I'm a long time user of PiXELS 3D, which means I model with nothing but splines. I've ran into a problem with these things:

1) It appears to be fundamentally impossible to make an object that has 2 or more holes in it using splines. :cry:
2) It's not possible to create 3D structures rather than 3D surfaces. :cry:

I got one question about this: Which program/method is best suited to make one-piece complex 3 dimensional structres? See the link below for the kind of object I wish to create.
