your progress is coming along well. THough your approach at rendering can be a strain in trying to balance the contrast of the character, I'm refering to completely rendering an entire section of charcater and not gradually working over the whole image at one time. That can result in imbalance and alot of tweaking later. Her flesh appears to need the most work as there aren't enough mid tones and to the gradation, and her neck seems a bit wide at the base.
I like the fact you apparently already worked in your directional light source and seem to be keeping it consistant.
Typically I approach all exposed flesh first, then approach the layers of clothing like one puts on clothing, that which is the most overlapped is painted first.
Hope that shelpful, I look forward to your continued progression!

I hadnt really thought of doing my layers in that order, will try that on my next character. :)

So heres the base colors, will work some more on the shading and adding a bit of texture to the materials next.

One thing I want to work on in the future is my background/environment. So for now, she'll just go on a plain backdrop.

Hey dude.Coool stuff you got there:thumbsup: . I reall like that clothers. My only critics is not to make the area near the boots too dark.Seems to me that the burn effect you did on the boots it a bit too high.Hope this helps mate. Keep it up:thumbsup:
