Hi, here is our last short film. The team (www.lastanza.it (http://www.lastanza.it/)), everything Italian is constituted by 9 people and the used softawares they have been, Ligtwave for the modeling, XSI for setup and animation, Lghtwave for rendering and Nuke for the compositing. Besides we have developed inside plugins for exchange of data among the softwares and for the creation of the feathers of the birds.

might i suggest adding sound? i think that would really bring it to life.

this is extremely good for me. What I like most in all animations on your site is their general look or aperance. They are relaxing for the eye, what is rare in 3d.

That's really funny!! A high end project (i gotta say it. I'm italian...)!
Finally some italian guys that seem to be able to earn their living doin' good animation.

hey guys...can anyone provide the right codec to play this clip..i've tried a bunch and it didn't work only sound :shrug:

4 stars. so excellent, lighting, rendering & design wise.
I didn't particularly care for the music, the story, or the punchline however.
Also, it was a little hard to notice, first time through, that the humming bird is pointing where the ducks should go... first he's leading them, then all he has to do is point... I didn't understand it at first. I also don't understand how he goes from being in trouble with the ducks to happily messing with the caterpillars. Did the ducks rip his wings off or put him in a cast? ...and now he can only fulfill his need to impersonate other animals on the ground?

Yea... can somebody help out with the codec? The author didn't mention it and I downloaded an 81 MB file and can't play it.
