Here is a 30 second spot I volunteered on last year. It was a public service announcement done for the Schizophrenia Society of Alberta:

Don Boone (character animation)
Clayton Dunford (backgrounds)
We all volunteered our time. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.

I thought the music matched the content. :-)

I agree about the music. Not my cup of tea. The lady who organised and produced the spot was responsible for the concept, music and VO.
She already had it recorded before we came on board to the project. The animation was well done. My friend and former instructor, Don Boone, did all the character animation.
It was a fun project to work on. 2D stuff is very organic and a process I find very enjoyable.
