Well the link is broke because everyone is trying to get in there to get it.
Its like Point Clone Plus that comes with lightwave but about 10000Xbetter.
It carrys the weight maps with the cloned object and this is the first time I really cloned the UVs without a problem either.
You can use it to clone to points or polys in the background layer.
This is almost on the level of 'Steve Worley' type stuff as far as usefulness of a plugin.

I've been trying to cover something in feathers and and this plug will do the trick perfectly.

I used points clone extra in my previous challenge(BoB). Yes, for feathers, check the links below.
Very usefull, although a bit to plump to work with to get the perfect results, for feathers anyway.
