I don't mind the texturing on his face, and for some reason, the full dark shiny eyes work well. I don't like the veiny pattern that you've got on his head. . . it looks more marble like than like veins.

But the teeth bug me. . .
I can't really distinguish one from another, from the inside of the mouth.

I think that darkening the inside of his mouth, and lightening/debloodening his teeth would serve you well.

One question, is his coloring supposed to be natural? or is it supposed to be like face paint, artificial?

If it's natural,. . . well, either way, I would desaturate the red a bit, and tone down the white. Even if it's artificial, you need to consider where this stuff came from, and what it is. If it's completely artificial, i.e. paint, then the colors may be that intense. But if you want this to be like colored mud, and crushed rocks mixed with water, then the red is probably too bright, and not rusty enough, and the white is probably too pure, and too bright.

Anyway, hope that helps

the red is supposed to be natural and the white artificial
so the veins are not good......
the teeth and the inside of the mouth i will work on em
but one thing bothers me, is that will be ok black mouth and tongue with black lips?
