Ha that was really great. The music was perfect, and fit right with it. i recommend a better host, because it takes a while for it to download. Anyways, quite good quite good.

Thank you mOogOo, the music was performed and created by a guy specialised in the old cartoons soudtrack's restauration. It play a major role in the short.
We wanted to do a simple animation movie without any "cg" caracteristics, like GI, hdri, fur. We only used a bit of reflection. At the beginning we wanted to be closer of 2d kind of render, but it wasn't great.
Have a nice day mOogOo.

the music was great indeed, but the animation itself was very good too. The film looks very finished. I had a great laugh!

Excellent short. My favorite part was the birds playing Blindman's Bluff.
It would be funny if the Titanic made all the panicky sounds again the second time it passed through.

Great stuff, that film was really cool.

Absolutely great! if you don't mind let me ask a question in which kind of system did you make it and how much it takes to render? :buttrock: Keep it up!...

This short was made under win2k-3dsmax5.1/photoshop. We had approximatly 15sec/frame for diffuse render pass and 15 to 40 sec/frame for shades pass. Then we juste mixed them in After Effect.
Yep, we thought about putting voices again when the boat is sinking but we realised it cut the end. Cause except for the funny begining, there's no voice during the short. We wanted an "old school cartoon" treatment for this film.
See ya and thanx a lot.
