Congratulations to everyone over at Blur and good luck!!

"Blur Studio has produced two new 3D-animated shorts, IN THE ROUGH and GOPHER BROKE, that are currently short-listed for Academy Award consideration as Best Animated Short Film and are being submitted to leading international film and animation festivals."

Not surprising at all. Blur deserves to win this year.Their only serious competition is from Disneys Lorenzo.

Yeah, they definitely seem to be headed down the feature animation path. In fact I seem to remember reading somewhere that their goal is to eventually do a feature.

Ah yes, here it is - Dave Wilson from Blur said in an interview, "Our passion and primary goal presently at Blur is to create feature length CG films."
