An unusual weight problem as again arisen during the skinning process of my cyborg.
I've put keyframes at extreme poses on the timeline in order to scrub through it w/o leaving my painting tools. The small blotches on the picture below are bogging down my PC when I scrub the animation. I've scanned the boards for something of relevance before posting, but to no avail.
After 6 hours of 3D, my computer was slowing down, so I rebooted. All my weighting was nice and even (smooth skinning).
But, when I reopened any one of the backups of my main file for this night's work, all my weightings on everyone of my joints look something like this:
I have no idea what happened, but this ain't the first time it happens. Any ideas what's causing this ?
