You can attatch 2 commands to one button in the synoptic editor, just add another on the next line.
For the other part about making a "button go to another page were it is a different colour", do you mean rollovers? If so xsi synoptic supports a limited part of html for now. If you just want another webpage to appear then just change the linkwith at the top of the synoptic editor.
If html is important perhaps look at some of the examples on netview of webpages with scripts in them, but you'll loose some of the nice synoptic auto command association like 'this object' using netview and have to do somthing different like have a button on the page to select the top model node of the one you want to run the script on then puch the button to execute the script. Not an issue though if you just have one character.
