This is my first handpainted skin for a game :> but it looks to unrealistic .
Is there any way to make it better ?

It's hard to tell from such a small image, and it's also difficult to judge any realism unless you actually show a rendered version of the image applied to the model itself.
However, having said that, your texture map does look very clean. You don't have to make everything filthy dirty, but small imperfections here and there help a lot towards creating more believability to a surface.

Where did you get the dimensions for the texture then?
Have you UVmapped the model?

You've been asking about this problem for days now... I'm surprised you haven't found the solution yet! As I said in your other thread, you need to specify the UVW co-ords in your material editor (mat channel) to place the image onto your model. Simple.
I'm sure this is in the manual or in the help docs...

Looks to me that you're having a problem setting up the right channel.
Did you by any chance baked it?

Theres a useful tutorial on unwrapping textures in the max tutorials. Its quite basic, but sometimes its worth going back to basics. I often do.

I think Stephan is on to something - in your screenshot, your UVW unwrap modifyer is set to map channel 3 -- check that your texture in the material editor is using the same map channel. Metinks it is not. :)

Well, realistic lighting is a complicated matter. For starters, go to the front page and click on the lighting article plug. Read that. :)
Second, as I believe Leigh told you in another thread, your textures are very clean, and no matter how good you light your scene, it won't look realistic with those textures. You need to make better textures. For texturing, go to Leigh's site and read all her articles about texture painting.
There is no "rightclick -> make look good" feature. Work, work, work, work!

The Lightning makes me a lot of problems ,
because i want a soft without of shadows light but i'am to bad in 3dsmax an i can't find Tutorials ?

add a bump map that shows some sort of texture to the plastic. like 10 or 15 grooves going down the white sections. also try puting very soft fingerprints but mostly around the opening so it looks used. a scratch here and there in the bump map would be good too.
