Such beautiful entries!!
FridayEve, she is stunning. Yours and Novacaine's reminded me of Princess Amidala
This lesser one is called "You may now kiss the bride" :)
3.5 hours, Painter 8 + PS + Wacom tablet.
Just to show how things can literally change "for better or worse" during the course of a sketch, here's the bride at an earlier stage, a point where I tend to think she was in somehwhat better form, at least in terms of the nose and her overall expression

The people look a bit flat, don't know if that's your intention, but I like it.

sa9dm, it's supposed to be a situation where the groom forgot the ring and had to replace it with a cheap one from a cereal box... hehehe I guess I didn't illustrate it well enough.. ah well, back to the old drawing board. literally..
11 November 2004, 01:46 AM
No Terry, I don't think there was any fault in your illustration.. Now that I see it, I think the expressions were very good. I being from a community, where this is not the normal marriage ceremony; it was hard for me to judge the importance of ring etc..:)
11 November 2004, 05:57 AM
Thanks sa9dm! Don't sweat it, see you on the next challenge! :)
