I am posting my first wip. It also happens to be my first real model. Any c&c would be greatly appreciated.

For a first model this is a really good effort.

I've tried this at least ten times and never got this result.

her buttocks seem a little to squarish and her waist is way to thin near the back, unless you are trying to go for a stylized llok.

This model is a stylized model. I am not going for a photo real person. How is her butt squareish? Someone else has told me that so I made some changes which are posted in the last 3 pictures. Any ideas on how to fix her butt?

i understand that you're making a sylized model, but you should definitely study some female anatomy. i learned in school that you should always master the fundementals, and THEN push them. the only reason i'm saying this is because i'm a girl, and i know that our proportions are nothing like that (one example is the waist/hip/butt region - it just too square (we're very rounded creatures!! ;) and the small of the back, is wayyyy too high.

i really like the front of the model though! it is definitely stylized, but in a more "believable" way. i like the way the stomach blends into the hips.. i think you just need to work on the backside of the model some more. :)

I thought I would post some wire frames of the body. ( (

to clarify on the bum issue.. here's a good image to show some different views. (nudity obviously)

i think it may be that the bottom of the butt needs to be raised up a bit more so that it's closer to where the legs and hips meet. also the crack looks too wide.. and also goes up to far into the back.. but i think if you just raised where the butt meets the leg, the crack would be closer to the length it needs to be.

just examine the image above, and you may see what i mean.
