Here is the final rigged character i showed a while back for the HL2 mod (
It's about 3980 Triangles, i might still fix a few things on the model, to improve the animation of the character, and then i need to unwrap it and texture it.. bleh :)
so stay tuned for more

This is looking pretty good, a clean cut character that is dynamically presented. At first I thought that the arms were a little too short however now I think its just the bulky armour over the shoulders that gives that impression. I'm not too sure about the front and rear plates on the characters chest and back they look a little abstract, but in the end (and as in many cases) I think the result of this model will depend heavily on the textures that you apply.

very cool dude you did there, I really like his helm, nice concept :) Its a bit hard to see from the picture but maybe the weapon is a little too highpoly in contrast to the rest of the man? But all in all it looks very promising, cant wait to see him with textures, keep up the good work !
