this is my first cg contest, and i have a good feeling i am going to get my butt wiped across the board, but that is irrelavent. like the red sox, i believe, and it works for them, doesn't?
so far, i am still working on my premise for this idea, but it is coming along, and soon, i will put up some images to reflect my ideas. at any time, you guys see something bad, good, ugly, unclear, or whatever, please let me know your opinions, it is the only way i will get better.
till next posting....

here's a start, soldier in dress and battle garb, but may go for a merged style between the two...

The sketches look really good, I like the one on the left the best . The one on the right just seems too busy, maybe when it is colored in it would look less busy. This is just my opinion , not knowing what the story behind the soldier is.
Looking forward to more stuff from you
My Space opera entry.

yeah, the right side is busy, that is my main reason for going for a merger of the two. here is another sketch...
if i created a version of a short distance flyer, I would come up with this (since that is what i had in mind when i drew this up...).
the story will hopefully develop more as I go, as I do not like to talk about my story ideas much or often...

Nice concepts. Whatever you choose for the soldier, keep the gasmask. I like how he looks bit retro-futuristic now - i'd keep that look for the flyer also.
