View Full Version : Dancing Pixels erradication

Recently i'm having the typical dancing pixels problem with one surface or two.

Is there any magic method to avoid this apart from:

- Using better antialias.
- Using bitmaps instead of procedurals.
- Using gradients with distance to camera.

I think Newtek should take a look at this issue, it's quite annoying.

Have you tried adding some film grain to your image? there is a type of very soft grain that sometimes reduce or disappear this annoying effect.
If the problem is for bump channel, sometimes is better to use specular and diffuse instead of bump :)
