Now that I am finished the insane rigging on this guy I wanted to share him with my fellow Lightwavers ....I'm texturing right now because the detail level makes him practicaly un animatable untill my new Workstations arrive next week...cheers aLL

Thanks guys....well the "knowledge" of machinary comes just from my head I guess...suppose I could've been an engineer (I think us 3d folk can be better designers anywayZ  )..I work in the construction business for many years, maybe that could be where the infulence comes from. I do plan on writing a deatiled tutorial about this subject soon, as I have been asked about it alot....

Looks great! If hes not animatable swap him out with a lower rez standin. The idea is to separate the animation tasks from the deforming tasks. Doing so speeds things up. :)

Thank you,
as far as detail levels I now have 3 variations of this character (detail/resolution/ploy count) for placement as Instance to camera in some of the larger battle scenes scripted. This one you see is the highest res "hero" version for detailed on on one combat scenes and close ups....

Thank you for your comments,, my new workstations should be arriving next week so animation tests comming soon and I will post a fully textured version here soon also,
