View Full Version : how to charge fairly when freelancing

hi to all..

sorry if this a bit off-topic but, I just started contracting as a 3D artist for a game, and I'm not sure how to charge fairly so that both me and the developer are not cheated... I've been freelancing for quite some time but those are for graphic design work, I'm not sure what's the average pay rate in the game industry...and if you could point me to some resources you know, that'll be great....thank you in advance for the help.
