I'm going to use my character, the Cosmonaut. I'm in.
And I'm totally working on a first animation pass right now.


I was wondering Ali, if we may add some effects to the existing sound when our animations call for them.

Sweet looking character dude! Would really love to see him animated. Which audio file are you gonna do. The boomstik? He's got a gun, so it would fit :thumbsup:

I allways liked that ambiguos touch you gave him in your testanimations ...
something between brash and thoughtfull (hope you see what I mean :hmm: )

I like it, especially at the "primates who even touches me"but I think the gun-hand/gun should be a little bit more dynamic, it stays in one place. He should wave around with his gun or something. Like he theathends the primates, not back up and cower back ready to shoot. But already be ready to shoot and let him ge threatning to the primates. Just some thing to consider, besides that, it's pretty nice :D

Yeah. I was gonna do that. I dont think there's any keys on the gun hand yet. I should get all the way through the draft before I post it, I guess.

its realy nice pass...i would add some more dynamic tough but not to much :). About the ending maybe he could have a lighter king of gun or something :) it can provide nice finish.

Some comments..

When he takes the last step, walking backwards, I think the foot moves a little too slow. Allmost like slowmotion.

Just before he says "the next..." the left arm pops a little (probably fixed allready?).

All in all, very cool character and animation so far.
