i recognized that voice...from The Big Lebowsky isn't it ?, about the poor Donny :)
Your animation is really good, however there are some bad things to correct, that movement of filling his glass with the bottle his strange, you should keep the arm bent a bit because actually it looks very tight .
There's a second strange thing, when the char is going to put the bottle on the table, the elbow is too high, you should put down the elbow controller sooner.
Hope you understand and it helps despite my english :)

Your animations is looking good but I would suggest to improve the timing. Don't let his head move too much, maybe holding it for a few frames would make it look less distracting. Also, try not to let the eyes wonder around too much. Keep consistent with it's eye direction.

1) the feet - its nailed down to the ground
2) left hand - the action is linear when the left hand moves to hold the glass. the glass must be disturbed too.
3) facials - difficult to relate to the voice and lip sync
4) right shoulder - must animate it when he is pouring from the bottle
5) spine - looks stiff
6) and the things mentioned in the earlier posts.
