I did this test for maya software refraction.

i did narrow spot light - laser. and i want to bend it in prism. but i don't see that spot light is bended in prism. at the wall (ecran) i see spot from light in place as if light simply passed through without bending. all other refractions in scene are normal, i think. what need to do?

That type of refraction isn't calculated, by Maya Software or in fact Mental Ray.

To get that sort of effect you'd need to use Mental Ray with caustics.

Thank, Jozvex. I'm really missing mental ray, but I have shader which works only for maya software. I want also have right light's ray bending.
I wonder, can i do such thing: to render object by maya software and environment - by mental ray. Will i have reflections of object in environment's objects? I'm bad in baking, but may be it is the way?
