Great work:thumbsup:

Quick question thou, i am a zbrush beginner. On the top image how did u get the texture so detailed was it painted outside of zbrush, plus all the inwards bumbs on the model seem to be textured darker, i have seen this a lot with Zbrush is this painted to a texture map at the same time as the displacement?

Hope u can help thanks..

Great job Smokey!!

Dave... the effect you see on lots of zbrush models is from the cavity shader. It helps enhance any displacing work you have done when you render the model in zbrush 2. Aurick wrote a mini tutorial for projection master over a zbc you should look will give you ideas on how to texture those bumps etc.

Any chance of plopping his head onto a Poser Figure? That is fantastic Work!

It's not a bad start. I don't want you to be disappointed, but I think it needs a lot of tweaks, and more modeling in some areas to get it to look just like him w/o the mask. Have you taken any screen captures of the predator movie DVD yet for reference? Particularly of the tentacle/hair, and face?
