just wanted to give francesca

BIG THANKS :thumbsup:

for bump combiner

an amazing shader utility

can now use approxmation MR SD without weired bumpmaps

I installed ver 1.3b
one minor problem I had was that the notes for Mental ray
said put bumpcombiner.mi in ..././././mentalray/include folder

the out put window said that it could'nt find bumpcom...mi in the ./././metalray folder

so after i put it directly in the mentalray folder, now it seems to work fine

anyway thanks again

Question about BS

is there a way to render out a alpha channel with it

without having to pass it through MR_colormixer first ?

found it

mix color 2 enabled
alpha enabled
blending mode _ add
set shader o _ to black


sure no problem :D
