hi ppl,
i just want know, what is the best 3D paint program out there?
can someone tell me please? thanks.

Deep Paint 3D or ZBrush?

As far as I know, ZBrush isn't actually for painting texture maps, whereas that is what Deep Paint is. So you can't really compare those 2 :)
From what I've seen of them, they are good programs though.
However, what you need to bear in mind, is that there is nothing that 3D paint programs do that can't also be achieved by painting in Photoshop - it's just that these programs take some of the effort out of the process.

personally, ive been using the 3d paint in Maya to block out the large colour areas then taking it into photoshop for the details. Its not the best but hopefully it will get better in ver 4.5 ;)

Its located in the rendering menu group texturing -> 3dpaint tool
