View Full Version : need fast advice - going to render in 4 hours

Hi all, wandering if anyone got good tips on lightning and a bit on texturing this room for my short.
I need to render this scence in about 4 hours but probebly going to render it over again after my college presentation is over
so any advice would be grately appreciated :)
It is suppose to be a mid day light time.
(its in max, defult scanline)

put it in greyshade, spot where the pic is messy and adjust your lightning accordingly. Try to have a very warm lightning (white-yellowish) with cold shadows (dark blue). You might also add some glow on the brightest area in the pic (really light glow)

Looking nice :)
It looks as though the wood images you are using on the desk are a little too small though, and the stretching is causing them to become a bit pixellated :sad:
It also looks like the chair may not be sitting properly on the ground - it seems to be floating above it :surprised
