Finally got free from those stupid monkeys. So hopefully I'll be posting soon

Well its only a sketch but Ill have it penned tomorrow. The basic idea is a hollowed out Beetle bug(since only bugs will survive the holocaust) flipped over and turned into a helicopter, sort-a-thing.
I should have control details and maybe if Im lucky a painted version when all is said and done.

Good idea, using a car upside down. Keep in mind that a helicopter always needs a tail rotor to prevent it from spinning...
Keep posting

Good point jereontie(how do u pronounce that anyway) I got it inked in last night except for the landing gear. Ill have to add that rotor to. Dont know if itll be on the tail though.

Oh man, this looks great!
And you used a new beetle? haha.
I notice the tailrotor. You should rotate the thing 90 degrees. So it pushes sideways instead of forward.
A helicopter moves forward when the main rotor is rotated a littlebit forward.

The tail rotor was something that I had already put down. Ive actually got something special in mind for the one you suggested.

Hey there cleptocat, very nice drawing you have created here. And I see you gave him a lucky rabbits foot LOL. Other than the picture seems stretched slightly width wise, the line drawing looks. . . perfect. I am anxciously awaiting some colors!!

Keep at it :wip: :wip: :wip:

Heres the start of colors for this one. Unfortunately color really isnt my strong suit so if there is any suggestions id be grateful. And background, Im not sure about that one either. I'd really like to go more realistic and less comic too. Try, try and try again
