Hi everybody,

I have some problems that i hope you can help me with.
i am creating the opening credits for a non-profit short-film.

The credits will be displayed on a peace of paper (already modeled) and the credits will burn into the paper.
Now, i dont have any problems with the paper, just with the burning proccess (also i would like it to fade the txt away after a while). i will be using a jpg file that containes the txt (is that good?)

I know that inorder to display it onto the paper you would use the "defuse" Tab in the surfice settings (is that the best way).

What would be the best way to create such an effect?

This is very important for me!

Particle System would be the way to go , or particle plugins , many on the market
But if you have it or can afford it i really recommend Combustion 3 Or Primer Pro Or maybe even After Effects .
Then you make your clip and can add it in once rendered.
sorry for no how too`s
