a small update I decided to put some funny posters on the board behind my character. I add in some simple animation on the kittens heads and tails.

I think it works but I sudgest U to change the fact that the hands they alwais go back to the table. It looks strange especialy when he sais ""like a mouse" the right hand goes back to the table way too fast and it looks like a glitch. But I think U are defentrly on the right track:thumbsup:

The hands are too fast. Like when he makes a fist. And when he makes his fist on his other hand. Also there is no power, for example, if he makes a fist, he just closes his hand, he doesn't make a fist, you feel no strength. It's just a fist closing.

At the "u have to know what they want" at almost 4 seconds, when the hand goes to the left and then to the right, there is a big error in the way the arm moves. It's snaps or twists, I dunno but it looks really sloppy

His eyes, His one eye, doesn't move, He might look to some of the cats. Just look at a general talking to his soldiers. The soldiers are all in line, just like the cats. But the general looks at the soldiers, sometimes he just walks by, other times he looks the in the eye. I suppose you get the idea.

You might let the character really really lean on the table, to emphesize some of the words, show some weight!!!

The blink is too fast, I assume it's 2 frames? One open, close, open. It looks bad, way to fast.

Wouldn't it be better if he points to his head, leans closer to the cats with his eyes wider and his mouth wide like in a "I" sound, on the part of "mind" instead of putting the hands on the table again

I just noticed some more sloppy arm snaps and twists.

Why do his hands slam on the table when he says "mouse" Is there a reason for it?

Just a tip in general, spend like at leas 30 minutes just watching the rendered animation loop. While doing so, write down all the errors you can possibly find. After you've done that, fix everything, then do it again, and fix everything, do it again etc.

I hope these suggestions will help you. I really like this sound file and I hope you make it good. just a quick question? Why didn't you reply to my answer on digital-tutors, if you do follow my advise to work some more on this particular animation?
