View Full Version : Xsi in arch vis

Hi All ;)
i do not post often in forums... most of the time i find what i need on web via google and others...
But this is not the case.
Well, i work in arch vis for some time now, and has always used 3dmax as renderer, because of its easy to use interface and the profusion of usefull plugs.
i began whith mental ray 1.45 (if i remember) and has always loved it.
But after some time i have different needs, like stability.... and 3d max is limited in some cases..
Xsi seems really to have very powerfull rendering features like non linear mat editor, compositing interface, rederpasses, mental ray so well integrated.
So i think of leraning it and (why not) switching to it if it fits.
But i can't find many arch vis renders made whith this software.
Would you know some companies of arch vis who use xsi ?
Some Galleries (the one of xsi website does not contain arch images), some great artists ?
It would certainly give me some motivation to see good architecture work done whith xsi, even if i already believe in its capabilities.

Thanks alll
