Hey here is my newest digital portaiture sketch, this one is of a pretty cosplayer named Lillyxandra (using a photo as reference), ( see the sketch i did of her sister ( they look very similar) here:Haruka (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=155163)
I spent more time tweaking and fussing over line shape etc. than i normally do on this one, it gave it a more polished slick look wich im not sure was worth all the extra time.
tell me what you think.

Good sketch, I enjoy the B&W lines.

This is what I'm talking about!!
You have that great calligraphic comic book inkers thick & thin line in this one. The nose, the top of her hair, the chin - that kind of control and detail make this a much more interesting illustration to look at than your previous portrait Haruka (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=155163)
The subtlety of your color pallette choices sets the linework off as well.
GREAT JOB!!!! :applause:
